This is the elusive 1972 -74 Big Bird Toy Puppet/ Muppet Made by Educational Toys Inc. a subsidiary of Topper Co..As it goes, this This Big Bird does, however, have some neck trauma...I suppose there was something inside the neck that connected it to the head, which it isn’t presently. The toys outer material is still intact and is holding the head on. Presently the only way to display the Bird is to have something his head can lean on and balance on the body.On a more positive note, The mechanism in the head that allows one to control the beak is unharmed.
